Dr. Cordie Williams has taught and trained world-renowned athletes in professional sports, the likes of Brian Westbrook, Hines Ward, Jay Ratliff, Charlie Whitehurst, Tyson Clabo, and Dimitri Patterson of the NFL, U.S. Olympian Heather Mitts, and many others.
He is regarded as a biomechanical expert and holds several certifications in Pilates, as well as the highest level of certification in Functional Resistance Stretching (FRS) in the world. He’s taken extensive classes on fascia and understands the role that fascia and tensegrity have on the biomechanics of the nervous system. His knowledge of fascia, biomechanics, kinesthetic movement patterns, and compensation patterns in the body is unparalleled. He’s helped thousands of people get well by restoring the biomechanics of their spine and nervous system through chiropractic and resistance stretching. He’s taught seminars on biomechanics and FRS for over 12 years.
Dr. Williams was once a U.S Marine, training and leading marines in his late teens and early 20’s about commitment and excellence in leadership. He was awarded two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, the highest honor for a non-combat engagement. He used to lead Marines into combat, and now he leads people towards health.
