Dr. Bob Graykowski has been involved in high performance care for athletes for over three decades. He is the team chiropractor for three professional sports teams (NBA, MLB, MLS) and is dedicated to the high performance goals of these elite athletes, while advancing chiropractic in major league sports. Committed to both the players and chiropractic, he is the founder of Sports Performance Group, in which he is currently spearheading the placement of qualified team chiropractors at all levels of major league baseball and the NBA.
His career began in physical therapy working in head trauma, spinal cord injuries, and sports medicine. After suffering a ski race injury and enduring 9 months of failed results with physical therapy, he sought out chiropractic care. His amazing recovery led to the life changing decision to further his education at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles.
In 2002, Dr. Bob and his wife Jeanine were in a near fatal helicopter crash. While grateful to be alive, his wife suffered a traumatic brain injury. The lack of appropriate wellness care for TBI’s propelled him on a worldwide search to find the best treatment, resources, and a wholistic plan of care. Dr. Bob synthesized this information and created a plan which resulted in Jeanine’s complete recovery. Seeing the need in his own community, he created the Better Brain Academy. This is built around chiropractic principles for brain recovery, neuroplasticity, and vitalistic lifestyle choices using a T.E.A.M. approach.
Dr. Bob Graykowski has been serving his community as a lifetime wellness, high volume, cash practice since 1984. A leader in health and success principles, he has presented more than 2,500 workshops on peak performance, is an author, and a founding member of CORE Sacramento since 2010.
